Setting up a Boot Server

Hi,

I am Vipul.
My college administration has asked me to set up a boot server.
The college has approx 200 computers connected via unmanaged switch.
They have asked me for the following:
1. All computers on network should boot form server.
2.When they boot they should have an option of booting through either Windows 2000 Professional or Linux.

All computers have 40 GB hdd & 256 MB RAM. They also have a LAN card .

Can anyone tell me what tools, books etc should I use???
