Setting up an application on a contact c

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking at implementing a standard Web server in a datacenter. The objective of which is to provide an application offering contact center functionality & supporting VoIP.
Kindly update me with all the relevant issues for the same, how I shall go about with it.
