setting up secondary dns server

I am setting up a secondary dns server for my company. We want the secondary dns server to handle name queries for the office the server is located at. The primary dns server sits in another office offsite. The secondary dns server is a nt server 4.0 machine. Can anyone give me some guidance as to how to configure?
