Setup DLink 2100AP

I have a Ruckus wireless router and i need to configure a DLink DWL 2100AP as a Repeater.
The 2100AP has conectivity with the Ruckus Router, Am able to connect using Laptop wirelessly, but when i try to open any webpage it does not open.
