Share Internet on Win webserver 2003

Hi

I have a new Windows Server 2003, Web Edition working as a Webserver.
And now i want to use has a proxy and a webserver, but in the help of the SO says that this version don?t have the ICS(internet Connection Sharing), just in the Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition and Windows Server 2003, Enterprise.
How can i install the ICS on this server??
I don?t want to use any proxy, like ISA etc.
Is this possible??
