Share ISDN via W2000 Server?

Our domain controller is connected to our IP via a 3-Com ISDN modem. Does anyone know if this connection can be shared via W2000 Server, without the use of a router? e.g. can several PCs connected to the Server access the ISDN connection simultaneously?
