Sharing Outlook Calendar, and having users see free time.

So one our our recruiters keeps on complaining that while he can see mgmt shared calendars, he cannot actually see when they are in the office or working from home.

The mgmt team usually places a meeting ‘Work from Home’ either all day 12-12 using free time. or from 8-5 using ‘free time’.

Either way, you cannot see free time. So is there another preferred way people are doing this now since a lot of companies are allowing work from home days?
