Should we move to Linux?

I’m thinking about moving our Novell/NT shop to Linux. How does Novell or NT compare to Linux, as far as stability and up-time.

Right now Novell is our File and Print server and NT is our E-Mail, Web, FTP server. I’m thinking about moving everything to Linux…
