Show Calendar Details doesn’t work

Hi. I have met a problem with appointment planning in the Outlook 2003. For one user I can see Free/Busy information when invite him to the appointment. But when I check “Show Calendar Details” nothing changes. I have an access to this user’s mailbox. Moreover I added myself to his Calendar’s access list as Reviewer. At the same time for other users I can see calendar details.

Also this user can’t see calendar details for himself in the Scheduling tab as well. Can it be some problem with his mailbox? Other users have no such problem.
