Siebel Certification

I am siebel Trained n have already made an attempt for SIEBEL 7.7 Certification in year 2005, But unfortunaltey could not Clear the Same.
Wanted to Get Siebel Certification this year i;e 2009, As presently i am not worknig Anywhere.
Can anyone please provide me the Details How can i Apply for the Exam, like what all Formalities do i need to fulfill. Also the Exam Pricing and Exam Availability in
the year 2009. And Where Can I Give the Exam as my Current Location is now DELHI,India.
