Simple Database to Track Servers?

Can anyone recommend a simple database that can be used to track server details (name, IP, function , contact, etc.)?

I’d like to graduate from a flat XLS which requires multiple sorts and filters whenever I want to find something. Plus, updates(and who makes them) aren’t tracked or time stamped.

Short of building an Access db from scratch, any suggestions?
