Site Restriction and Proxy

My Company is overhauling its WAN network setup. I am looking for a Good Proxy Server, along with a program that will work with the proxy (or a proxy it self) to restrict web-site access. The users only need access to a set of websites. If you know of any or have any ideas I would appreciate the input.
