Sites and Replication, Single Domain

We have 3 sites in a Win2k environment only. DC is setup in primary site. How should we install DC’s in remote sites? This will be 1 domain. With remote site DC’s replicating. Should the new DC’s be setup at the primary site then moved physically tothe new site. We have setup site links with different subnets. When using Dcpromo the machines in the remote sites cannot see our DC in the primary site. DNS is pointing to the first sites DC. DNS is working fine. Pings work, networked all through Fibre. Any help would be great…thanks for any advise in advance.
