Slow Internet and Computer Issues

I’ve been experiencing frustrating issues with my computer and internet connection from Fast Broadband TV. My internet speed has been slow lately, and it’s taking forever to load websites and download files. Moreover, my computer keeps crashing randomly, which is really disrupting my workflow. I’ve tried restarting my router and modem, but the issue persists. I’m worried that it’s not just a coincidence, and there might be a problem with the service.
