Slow save from O2K on W2KPro to NW 5.1

I have a laptop with W2K pro sp1 & O2K installed. This laptop has the Novell Client for NT V4.8 and maps Netware 5.1 volumes via the login script. There is a very long save time to the mapped Netware volume from any of the O2K applications. During the save, the task list show the O2K app as “not responding” but eventually it comes back and completes the save. I can save from Wordpad, Lotus Notes, etc without any delay. Has anyone ran into this type of issue
