slow shut down in WIN-XP

Dear All,

whenever i try to shutdown my system it is taking too much time as I say 15 to 30 minits or more then this sometimes a full night, I am facing the same problem in more then 5 computer in my office can anybody give me the right sollution for that plz send the solution on Jikar@ymail.com.
