SLP and NSL plug-in’s not found

Hi all,

I have a user who can connect to the internet fine but when she goes to browse it says that the SLP and NSL plug-in’s are not present.

It sounds as if these are files missing, or perhaps a corruption with the AppleTalk Protcol?
Can a MacOS disc re-install these components?

If anyone could give me some insight to this problem I would greatly appreaciate it.
