Smartphones with built-in thermal imagers

I’ve noticed that there are practically no smartphones that come with the the infrared imagers (not infrared blaster). The only one I have found so far is CAT phones. Unfortunately it does not have enough RAM and is really expensive. Trying to find more without running into add-on cameras like FLIR is very tedious, plus they cost as much as the phones. Does anyone know of some phones with built-in infrared imagers, even industry specific ones that hopefully do not cost an arm and a leg to buy?
