SMS Errors

1.A few NT4.0 workstations are getting a “launch32.exe” error. I do believe its related to SMS but not sure how to fix it.
2.Is there a way to remotly fix any computers where the remote control function is not found.
3.How do I fix a workstation where the “Assigned is Yes” but “Client is No”?
