SMSCliSvcAcct&.000

Hello,
I am receiving the following in my profile directory …..SMSCliSvcAcct&.000.
I am using Win2K but have several users using NT4.0 that have the same issue. There are usually 200 to 500 hundred of these and they increment by 1..001,002,003 etc.

Any Help is always appreciated,
