smtp address in unix

I have set up moodle and during registration, an email is supposed to be generated to the site administrator. For this the smtp server address is required. I have exchange server for internal communication and for external communication we connect to an ISPs server using pop3 to pick up our mails. Does anyone know what entry i need to enter as SMTP server address in order for user’s registration details to be sent to me????
