smtp for linux

Hi
I just finished set up web server for my company and everything is working. But how do I set up smtp so that when user visit our website they can set email to particular email address that we set up? Do I configure Sendmail MTA to do this. It seemed to me that sendmail is a bit overkill just for this purpose
