Software License Disclaimer

Does anyone know if there is a published and accepted disclaimer that can be used by System Administrators or Desktop Specialist that absolves them from legal the responsibility for Software Licenses? I am looking for something to give Management that informs them that due to their policies and practices that I will not be held responsible for unlicensed software.
