Software Management Hirerachy

Hi i have a company and i have 10-15 developers. but i couldnt able to handle the hirerachy. I have two well knowledged person as well as a senior deveoper the both three are the pillars of our company. I cant able to put the above two well knowledged persons together. how can i put them together through hirerachy. give me instructions as soon as possible
