Software testing – execution Vs design/implementation of test

I’m looking to find what some industry standards for the amount of time a QA team will dedicated to reviewing business/function requirements, estimating, creating manual/automated scripts, etc… compared to the amount of time will that will be spent executing tests.

Does anyone know of any online recourses that might have this type information?
