Solaris Certification

I come from Linux(Slakware)/FreeBSD background. Would like to get certified in Solaris System Administration. Anybody has a good book and a couple resources to recommend? Also, there is Solaris 7 and there is Solaris 8. I would think that getting certified in Solaris 8 would be better, but I am aware that you can get certified in both – so which one is better to pursue?… Please, any suggestions and opinions would help would help.
