Sort e-mail to a regular folder

I need to sort out going e-mail by subject. I’ve set up rules to sort the messages to public folders (Outlook 2000 – Exchange 5.5 SP3), however I would like to be able to sort to a regular folder (IE: a share point on a server to allow for easier backup and archiving). Dose anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Thanks in advance!!
