Sound Card Not detected at SUSE Linux 10

Hi all,
I have installed SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 and SUSE Linux 10 in different machines. Everything is working fine, Unfortunatelly sound card not detected on YaST automatic probing. And i have tried to add manually also.Used ALSA conf too. But it won’t work. How to detect the sound card. Can u describe way of ALSA Configuration
