i tried installing drivers for a pinnacle 80 capture card device, and windows ran into an error it couldn’t recover from, so it kept restarting until i removed it from the usb port. when i installed drivers from the cd i came to find that after many restarts my CD disc drives and my audio device, realtek ac`97 onboard, had conflicting issues and would not work.
so after i got my cd disc drives working again, i got to trying to re-install drivers for the audio device. basically i’ve been trying to install, uninstall, and install again these drivers from websites and the mobo cd and none of it has worked.
