sp2

i recently purchased a used laptop with xp proffessional licenced version which apparently has never been updated and does not have sp2. i have a licenced xp home edition cd for my other computers. as i am on dial up, downloading sp2 is not a good option. is it possible to extract xp2 from my home edition cd and instal on the xp professional computer??
