specialisation in MS

i have completed my computer science engineering (bachelors)last dec. i am further interested in pursuing higher studies i.e MS in computer science. since there r many specilizations available like sytems, applications etc i would like to know whichis the best and the most promising since i am in a dilemma in choosing the specialisation.
i would like to know the future prospects of networking since i am inclined to it.
