splitting Internet traffic amount 2 DSL

I just got two ADSL connections in the office with two routers as DHCP server.
Is there a better way to split the users in two groups so that traffic could be split amount two connections.
Currently I am manually assigning IP/GW/DNS on some computers to achieve the splitting.
But this is not a smart way.
Any idea is appreciated.
