Spooler crash

Hello

In my environment I have 5 terminal servers in a Citrix farm. On these servers various printer drivers are installed. Now it occurs that on each server the Spooler crash. Either it that a spooler or a driver problem, which I cannot find. Does someone have an improved version of the spooler? Someone can help me to solve this problem?
