Sql Server

Hi anyone out there,
Do you know what is the possible cause that the message “SQL server does not exist or access denied”is, when i tried to register to the sql server from remotely i cant registered it and i have check my password and my sa username- all fine.
All the firewalls has already unblock please do advise.Thanks
