SQL Server, Reintegrate data into SQL??

I am having database files recovered from corrupt disks and will have to reintegrate it with a four month old backup I was forced to use to restore the system. The restored system is in use and is accumulating new data so I can not just use the recovered database files. What is the best way to merge the two databases once I receive the recovered files?
