SSH in solaris

have a solaris 9 server on which i want to activate ssh. all the documentation i have says to download the required packages from the internet but i understand solaris 9 already has those packages(or am i wrong?).how do i access those packages and also those for sunscreen 3.2. during installation i chose to install everything.
