Standard Windows Dialog Changes

Anyone know how I can change the standard windows open/save dialog hot buttons? When I open/save a document I would like to have the buttons on the left access the folders of my choosing rather than the standard my computer, desktop, network etc.

Im sure its probably a reg edit, but thats fine with me.
