std computer inc

Hello.
I have a 14 inch monitor. The make is CMVS 1439 from STD COMPUTER INC (Comoupartner)
I reinstalled Win98 and hot the image is hazy.
What can the problem be?
I do not have the monitor driver and was looking for it on the internet.
Pleasehelp.
