Stop users from sharing Folders in Win2k

I would like to stop our users from being able to share folders on thier Win2k Pro desktops, but I can’t disable File and Printer Sharing.
I heard that there may be a registry key that you can limit permissions to prevent users from sharing folders, is this true? what is the Key?
