storage arrays come under which catergory?

Hi all,
I’m new to storage and just 2 months old.
If we see the Hierarchy of storage, there are four types of storage.
1. Primary storage
2. Secondary storage
3. Tertiary storage
4. Off-line storage

Where does storage arrays fall under above categories..? Secondary or tertiary ?
