Storing music

Listening to Pandora, wish I couldbring 2-3 hours of music to a 1950’s dance party. Problem is the Music-Genome sometimes makes mismatches and my oldies could include a modern rendition of a classic.

My son has told me anything that can be received by the computer can be captured on removeable storage media.

Is this possible so I can make deletions?
