Strange Problem…Help

One of the Win98 W/s on our NT network has a strange problem. It keeps on giving me “pop server not found” error. I can connect on the network, can go to Internet can ping to the pop server. The pop server is an exchange server. I have deleted and created the account again. Still I get the same error. Any ideas…….
