suggestion

I have done M.C.P. on Nt Server and M.C.S.D. I have Also done Brainbench certificate on VB 6,RDBMS Concept.I have complite GNIIT course from NIIT.but I am working in small company as system Administrator.I want to join big company.What should i do for this
