For implementing an “End to End solution” of supply chain Management which is the most preferred method:

1. Assigning the responsiblity to the Solution provider to offer a solution and implement through one of thier implementation Partner.
2. Assigning the responsibility to an implementation Partner to offer a solution and then implement.

What are the advantages and disadvantages in each of the above alternative.
