My company is attempting to produce a support plan for Exchange 2000 that spans all of the associated, disparate IT departments: Network, Server, Desktop, HelpDesk, Security, et. al.
I’ve been looking for books and/or related materials on the net with little success. I am seeking SLAs, policy/procedures, and related tasks for each department and in general, duties associated with Exchange that each department head will sign off on.
Can anyone help?
