SurfControl Help

I have SurfControl setup on a Windows 2000 server, my network is a Netware network and I have Enterprise User Monitoring setup, however when I go into the rules administrator, under netware objects, only my local container shows up and not the whole tree. Does anyone know how I get my whole tree to display so that I can create rules for users not in my local container.
