Suse Linux 9.1 Pro Edition…new user

Hello, I’m getting ready to purchase the above software and install it. I’ve been a windows user for the last 4 yrs. I use UNIX a little bit at work (US NAVY – CTM). What do I need to know before I load the OS? I’m kinda nervous because if something goes wrong where is the exact place to get help and or live chat? I’ll be using it as a server for my home network with 2 other computers and linksys router. They both have Win XP SP1. Is there any good sites for assistance or books other than Linux for Dummies that will assist? How about a magazine with Linux tips that I can get monthly that has some good info?
