Switched ISP problems

Our Staines site recently switched ISP. Now, everytime anyone within that office hits the internet, they are directed to German websites. For instance, if they try to go to google.com, it routes them to google.de. For any browser. Does anyone know what may have happend? Is this something we need to change or is this an ISP routing issue?
