Sync with Outlook problems

This is driving me crazy! I cannot sync my BB with OUTLOOK 2003. I was able to do it in the past but now it comes up with ERROR messages. I have tried SO MANY things, I am ready to toss it in the trash! Last error was ERROR code 0x8004fecb or something like that. I am spending so much time trying to do this. The calendar is what I need–and it won’t sync. Sometimes goes part way and then BONK–error. HELP!
