Syncronising Echange Public Folders

I have a customer who has some handhelds with windows CE and outlook 2000 installed. Im running Exchange 5.5 on the network server. I need either a way or a utility that will alow me to syncronise the public folders on the exchange server with the handhelds. As far as I can see, producats such as Activesync from microsoft only allow you to syncronise the personal calerdar and contacts from the individual workstaion.
